MMA, TIG-LIFT direct current (DC) electrode multiprocess inverter welding machine with gouging function.
Designed for welding cellulose electrodes and coated electrodes in aluminium, rutile, basic, stainless steel and cast iron.
Electrode welding is both direct current and pulse current. Pulse mode (MMA Pulse) is recommended with cellulose and basic electrodes and in position welding. You can set the two pulsation currents and their times for reduced heat transfer and improved arc control. Less spray and reworking, higher quality welding seam.
Gouging function is available using carbon electrodes.
Designed to ensure reliability over time, it features a dedicated air tunnel cooling system that protects against dust and dirt.
Features:
MMA
- optimised arc control dynamics that guarantee arc stability and control of the welding bath with cellulose, basic and rutile electrodes;
- direct and pulse current (MMA PULSE) operation;
- adjustments in MMA: hot start, arc force;
- anti-stick protection;
- VRD device.
TIG
- LIFT DC strike and welding voltage and current shown on LCD screen.
GOUGING
- Gouging function with gouging voltage and current shown on LCD screen.
Features:
- LCD screen for simplified interaction and immediate display and setting of the parameters;
- reliability over time thanks to dedicated air tunnel cooling system that protects against dust and dirt;
- guarantees the best performance even with undervoltages (up to -25%) and overvoltages (+ 15%);
- automatic voltage detection of the power supply network (multivoltage);
- compact and robust structure for better transport;
- thermostatic protection, protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, engine driven generator (+/-15%).
